Return Policy & Shipping Information
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from us. But if for any reason, you are not happy, you may return most items sold by Spoil Me Kidz within 15 days of delivery for a replacement or a refund.
All Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags still intact). Shipping and handling charges are always non-refundable. Refund applies only to online orders.
Ineligible return/exchange:
We cannot accept for return or replacement any item that has been opened or warn, unless it arrived damaged. If an item was sold as a set, individual elements of that set cannot be returned for a refund. Only full set are eligible for return or exchange.

Defective Products
If you received an item that was defective, please contact customer service at 312 448-8128.
Items purchased in person at our store can be exchanged or returned within 30 days for store credit only.
Shipping
We ship twice daily. Orders placed before 3pm will ship same day. Orders placed after 3pm will ship next business day.
All custom made items will ship within 5-7 business days.
Drop Shipping:
To be able provide our customers with a largest selection of products, Spoil Me Kidz offers Drop Shipping. Drop Shipping is the process in which an order is placed with Spoilmekidz.com and items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customer.
Tracking Your Order:
When your order ships, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information. You can use your tracking number on the carrier's website to trace your order.
UPS mandates that all boxes ship to Hawaii and Alaska go Second Day Air.
